Service Description

This consultation is designed for mothers at all stages, no matter the age of your kids. Let's face it, mums are often the ones managing the majority of the mental load, keeping the whole family running smoothly as best as they can. This takes its toll, and I want to spend some time focusing on you and any areas of nourishment you feel you and your family could use some support in. We'll do a deep-dive into your health background, as well as chatting about all things motherhood - what your kids like to eat, the meal environment in your home, the amount you're juggling on a daily basis and how to make small changes to improve your energy levels to better support the constant demands of motherhood. You don't need to go this alone, and my hopes are to leave you feeling inspired and ready to take charge of your health for the benefit of yourself and your loved ones.
